“I visited a few car lots and about 50 car lot websites before I showed up at Cars 911 with a couple cars in mind, and let me tell you, there is not a group of more helpful car salesmen in LA. I met Steve Peters when I walked on the lot and let him know I had found a couple cars on the website that I wanted to check out and he showed me exactly what I wanted without a lot of that gross pressure you imagine when you think “car salesman.” He was super nice and friendly and so was the manager (I think his name was Al). They got me a great deal on a car I love (a beautiful and RELIABLE Toyota Corolla), and I couldn’t be happier.
The few days later I realized there was a slight whirring sound in the engine that I hadn’t noticed before. I took it to my regular mechanic who said that I should take it to the dealer to get the accelerator looked at (it wasn’t bad, just sounded off), but otherwise I’d bought a great car. I took it back to Cars 911 and they looked at the car and replaced the accelerator. The service was quick and friendly. I’ll be sending my friends back here!”
“Cars 911 offers superb customer service. The salesperson I spoke to was Steve Peters and he was very friendly and helpful. Within 2 weeks I visited Cars911 twice and I got offered a couple of different cars. After I explained to him what I was looking for and narrowing my options he said he will look out for a suitable match. He was very diligent in trying to find exactly what I needed, rather than simply try to make me buy any car. He answered all my questions and did not push me into making a decision.
I am extremely satisfied with the Kia Spectra I purchased. The car was in great condition and its only problem was a cut in the upholstery of the driver seat. However, upon purchasing the vehicle I was promised immediate repair and the promise was kept. The upholstery is now looking like new and you cannot tell that it had a tear. Al, the manager himself, got involved in the buying process and it went smoothly all along. The day I bought the car, Al invited me to a free lunch and we had a nice chat.
It was a very pleasant surprise when a week after I bought the car Steve called me to check if everything was alright. He informed that if there was anything else I needed I could stop by the office any time to take care of it. It’s also really useful that they are open every day of the week.
